Q. Your store is telling me you are not shipping to my region. Can I still order?

A. This is a cart error which occurs from time to time for some people. Try to continue with your purchase. If it still does not allow you to make the purchase please email me. I will either fix it or send you a Pay Pal invoice for your items and get them delivered to you right away!

Q. Do you do custom work?

A. At this time I am able to offer custom work. I will customize any theme, printable or activity. Email me what you are looking for. I will give you a FREE quote and when you say you would like ot purchase I will create the files and then place them on my website and send you the link to purchase! It is that simple.

Q. Do you have a mailing list to be notified of new products?

A. Yes please go to: Free Daily File for the Free Daily Download reminder or New Product Notification List to be notified of new products and special offers.

Q. I just purchased a product in one of your stores. It was supposed to be a download but I do not see a download link, nor did I receive an email telling me how to retrieve my product.

A. When you purchase a downloadable product from one of my stores you will see a link in your confirmation that will allow you to download your product immediately after purchasing.

Q. I just purchased a product in one of your stores. It was supposed to be a download but I do not see a download link, nor did I receive an email telling me how to retrieve my product. I also closed my window so now I do not have the above page. Can I still download my product?

A. Log back into your account at the store for which you purchased the item. Click on My Account and you will see something which looks similar to this:

A. (continued) Then, click on the appropriate order and a new page will show you the order and give you the option to download it. Each download is limited to either 3 or 7 days and allows for 2 or 3 downloads to give you ample amount of time to download your products however if you have any trouble please do not hesitate to email me and I would be glad to help you!
